Directions:
   The marina is situated about 15 minutes north of Plattsburg. You take Hwy 9 north to Point au Roche road, east. The marina is at the end of the road, just after the Park enterance.

Reservation:
   To make a reservation or check for availablity, you can email us at ( 1800bahamas@live.com ) or by phone ( 514 617 3345 ). Reservation are not final until we have recieved your deposit of 30% of the charter contract. Also all charter documents must be completed and returned. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer and cash.

Insurance & Security Deposit:
       All our vessel are covered with commercial Bareboat insurance, from LLyod's of London. Our insurance limits your liability for the yacht and it’s contents to your security deposit, except in cases of negligence. You always fully responsible for the dinghy, it’s content and outboard engine. You will be asked to leave a security deposit before boarding. This amount will be refunded after the boat is safely returned and inspected. You can purchase an additional insurnce pollicy, prior to leaving. This additional pollicy will reduce your liablity to 5% of the security deposit.



Cancellations:


      In the event of cancellation, your deposit, less $200.00 cancellation fee will be refunded if notice is received more than 90 days in advance, if less than 90 days prior to departure, deposit is forfeit and if less than 60 days notice is given, no refund will be given.

Fuel, Water, Pump Out & Vessel Cleaning:
 Our vessel are delivered to you with clean topsides, deck, cabins, galley and head, fuel and water tanks topped off and holding tanks pumped out. The vessel must be returned in the same condition or you may choose to prepay $150.00 cleaning service, plus a $50.00 surcharge for fuel costs and post charter pump-out fee.
